Project
Roadmap
UNDO plans four phases over 90 days, from the site and simulation to a capped mainnet, open arbitration and a second audit.
Four phases over 90 days
The plan covers 90 days and four phases. Each phase has a short list of deliverables.
| Phase | Focus | Main deliverables |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Explain and simulate | Site, docs, simulation |
| 2 | Build and test | Testnet contracts, x402 receipt middleware, first audit |
| 3 | Launch small | Capped mainnet, Agent lane first |
| 4 | Open up | Open arbitration, appeal, second audit, legal review of the Guarantee Pool |
Phase 1: site, docs and simulation
The current phase.
- This site and these docs.
- The simulator, which shows capacity, instant payout, escrow fallback and disputes with sample numbers.
The simulation moves no real funds. It never sends a transaction and never asks for a signature or an approval.
Phase 2: testnet
- The six contracts on testnet: UndoPay, BondVault, Disputes, Receipts, SellerRegistry and StakeModule.
- An x402 receipt middleware, so that a seller's API can sign and attach receipts without custom code.
- The first audit.
Interfaces such as the receipt struct on the Agent lane page are drafts until this phase. Expect them to change.
Phase 3: capped mainnet, Agent lane first
- Mainnet deployment with caps, including the 2,500 USDC per-payment cap.
- The Agent lane opens first.
The Agent lane goes first for a reason. Amounts are small, sessions last from 10 minutes to 24 hours, and most refunds are decided by a signature check: a missing or late signed receipt means an automatic refund. That lets the core contracts run with real funds before the protocol depends on human arbitration.
Phase 4: open arbitration and review
- Open arbitration: 3 arbitrators drawn at random among $UNDO stakers, commit-reveal vote within 72h.
- Appeal to 7 arbitrators with a doubled deposit.
- The second audit.
- Legal review of the Guarantee Pool.
The Guarantee Pool itself is not a deliverable of these 90 days. It belongs to the second stage of the protocol, called phase 2 elsewhere in these docs, and only if the legal review allows it. See Guarantee Pool.
What is not on this roadmap
- A token date. $UNDO is not launched and has no contract address. The launch will be announced only on X at x.com/UndoOnArc. See $UNDO token.
- Calendar dates. We would sooner be late than ship unaudited code that holds bonds.
- Named partners. UNDO is an independent project built on Arc. There are no partnerships to announce.
